Valuations

An independent valuation provides you with answers to the questions you often need to ask about the value of a business or property. Am I getting the best price for the sale of my business? Is the asking price too much?

An independent valuation will provide an accurate appraisal of what a business is actually worth. To obtain the best result, at least five years of financial statements would be required.

We are trained and experienced in business valuations and are able to provide you with simple guidelines and formulae for evaluating the worth of a business. We are also able to appear in court and in arbitration as expert witnesses in relation to business valuations.

Whilst we are trained and experienced in business valuations, we can if required attest to the value of a business based on the accepted methods of valuation which are widely used but would further stress that valuations are subjective and have never been touted by Professionals to be an exact science no matter what some of our competitors may claim.

We would stress that we will, at all times, give an unbiased appraisal which is crosschecked by at least two and some times three methods of valuations as a surety.
